Welcome to One More Chance Recovery

One More Chance Recovery is a substance abuse and mental health boutique clinic designed to treat and alleviate individuals who suffer from substance and mental health abuse. We believe that it is our mission to be a community-based healthcare organization that offers the highest quality in direct clinical services. In addition, we also believe that successful rehabilitation includes the mind, body and spirit. At One More Chance Recovery , we will aid those suffering from addiction and dual diagnosis issues by providing clinical appropriate resources, referrals, community support, educational and preventative platforms to further the understanding that their addiction is a public health issue. By doing so, we remove the stigma of addiction and mental health which must be broken so that recovery is possible. We target men and women of all ages who want to change their path from addiction to a path of recovery. We provide housing for all of our clients.

Our goal is to treat, educate and offer proactive and preventative measures to help keep our community healthier, and we work with that idea in mind. One More Chance Recovery has the wellness services you’d like when you’re feeling fine, and the emergency services you need when recovery takes a turn. We are here for you every step of the way!

One More Chance Recovery is committed to providing quality services to our clients. As a result of our commitment, we are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

CARF International is an independent, nonprofit organization that surveys and accredits health and human services providers worldwide. A service or program that is CARF accredited has passed an in-depth on-site review and has demonstrated substantial conformance to internationally recognized standards for quality.

Our Commitment to Quality Services

One More Chance Recovery has been accredited by CARF since June 2020 and is currently accredited in the following Intensive Outpatient Treatment, Outpatient Treatment and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP).Our accreditation is a public commitment that we strive to:

  • Involve persons served and their families in their service planning.  
  • Respect individual cultural preferences.  
  • Be accountable to our funding sources, referral agencies, and the community at large. 
  • Address health and safety concerns, such as building safety and emergency preparedness. 
  • Maintain management practices that are efficient, cost-effective, and based on outcomes and consumer satisfaction.
